Modelling, Simulation and Risk Assessment for Fractured Geological Media Workshop

This workshop was hosted by the GeoEnergy Research Centre (GERC) within the context of the SECURe EU project, and focused on monitoring and risk assessment of CCS and unconventional reservoirs.
The main objective of the event, which was attended by around 25 people each day, was to provide the SECURe partners with an overview of state-of-the-art fractured geological media modelling for all the SECURe partners. It was also aimed at informing the wider European scientific community about the aims of the SECURe project. The workshop also featured research talks and training sessions for PhD students and young researchers.
